Building a home can be daunting and stressful but I felt nothing but comfortability and excitement throughout the entire process all thanks to Gabe and his commitment to assist and support you in every way.

Gabe is enthusiastic to help and is dedicated in providing excellence in his services and consultations to his clients. Gabe listened and asked questions to understand my vision, gave honest transparent advice and even made suggestions for design improvements!

As a first home owner I did not have complete knowledge and experience in the industry and was unsure where to begin. Home Group offers many services and through that Gabe was able to quickly secure me a block of land in an already tight market.. amazing! He even helped apply promotional inclusions to work out the best discount for me and even upgraded my tap-ware.. so extremely generous! Even when I was waiting on pre-approval and then was successful, he found time in his busy schedule to call me and congratulate me! He is very communicative, supportive and works hard to help you achieve your dreams!

I cannot speak highly enough of Gabe, this is my first building experience and I loved it so much I would do it all again with many thanks and great appreciation for Gabe making my experience as awesome as it is! We started our search as First home buyers and were totally new to the process.
We were fortunate to meet Gabe Thomas.
I think we have being making continuous queries related to various aspects. Gabe even if they were not related to his assigned line of work has continually directed us and helped a lot.
He has always responded to our calls and texts. Gabe makes sure he has adequate time to explain things so that we are clear when the conversation is done. Gabe & the Home Group team were exceptional from start to finish.

The initial consultatation with our ideas after never building a house came to a reality and the final build was exactly how we had imagined & planned / discussed with Gabe.

Gabe’s knowledge & friendly approach made the process very straight forward & put us at ease.

He was also approachable off the clock and would reply on weekends etc which shows he goes above and beyond for his clients.

Highly recommend any first home builder  to use Gabe as their consultant & secondly HG as the builder, fantastic trades throughout & awesome build.

I couldn’t fault the team from start to finish & even aftercare when the build was done.

Embarking on our first homeownership journey was accompanied by anxiety and uncertainty. This was alleviated when a trusted friend recommended Home Group Builders. The first meeting with Gabriel, who is a Home Group Building Consultant, melted away all our uncertainty and worries as he addressed all our questions and concerns.
Gabe’s expertise proved valuable throughout the lot selection process and house design phase. His insightful guidance enabled us to refine our house design with thoughtful, personalised modifications. The pre-construction stage was seamless, marked by regular, transparent updates and reassurance communication. From the slab-down stage, the progress has been very consistent and timely. We get regular updates, and every stage has been completed within the agreed timeline.
We are particularly grateful to Client liaison Jacinta for her unwavering support- always readily available to address any queries or concerns with professionalism and care.
As highly satisfied and happy clients, we are delighted with the overall construction progress. We look forward to project completion in a few months with anticipation.

I have dealt with plenty of sales people in my life and he makes you feel like you are a good friend instead of the normal sleazy sales people I have encountered in the past. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Gabe and can say he’s reliable, honest, and runs a very professional operation.
