The price and specifications of each design are current as at the date of publication and are subject to change without notice. The price advertised is inclusive of the standard design, specifications and inclusions at the time of publication and an allowance for site costs only. The actual site costs are subject to a full pre-construction site survey and detailed engineer’s site report in respect of the lot.
The price of each design may include an adjustment for the $10,000 First Home Owner Grant which is only available to eligible first home buyers. The price does not include any duties, taxes, commissions or fees that may apply in connection with the purchase of the lot.
$2000 or $5000 Deposit
Preliminary Agreement Fee:
The $2000 or $5000 deposit represents a preliminary agreement fee required upon signing the sales agreement to undertake sketching and estimating services. This fee is an essential part of the commencement of the building process.
Non-Refundable:
The $2000 deposit is non-refundable. Once paid, the amount will not be refunded, regardless of whether the transaction proceeds or is cancelled.
Application of Deposit:
The $2000 deposit will be deducted from the final lump sum contract. This means that the amount will be applied towards the total payment due under the final contract, reducing the overall amount payable at the time of finalization.
